Tu B'Shvat is coming, the birthday of the Trees!
We have been learning all about trees and how they grow. We dug in soil, planted beans to watch them sprout, and learned all about the lifecycle of the plants.
We used items from nature to paint with, herbs, pine cones, and branches.
We spoke about all the things we get from trees, shade, fruit, wood, home for birds nests, and paper.
We made our own paper! It was so fun squishing the pulp onto the screen and flatten it and we sprinkled it with herbs too!
We worked on the letter J. We counted and decorated some tentacles with beads.
We know all about the Hebrew letter long line Lamed.
Animaly brought a dog! We loved petting him!
We enjoyed dance this week too!
Aimee Myers donated a train set to Kita Bet 2!
The PTA gave the Morahs sweaters!
Alexander Rosenfeld in Kita Aleph just turned 3 and cut his hair!
Shabbat party and challah baking is always a Friday favorite!
